fire, water and mold restoration company

After your client sustains fire or smoke damage, from an actual fire or a furnace puffback, it is important to remember that smoke residue is very harmful and cannot be cleaned with conventional cleaners. One call to
1-800-STEEMER
and your client will have certified, experienced fire restoration technicians to take care of your home and contents.

The following steps will take place when you call:

• A knowledgeable representative will contact the customer within 15 minutes of the initial emergency call. Although is seems natural for a property owner to begin cleaning immediately, foresight and experience may be the deciding factor between an item being a loss or restorable.

• A crew of certified, trained, and experienced fire damage technicians will be dispatched to the site within two hours of the call to immediately begin the restoration. Delayed action will jeopardize or seriously impede satisfactory restoration.

• The scope of work is assessed through an initial inspection of the site, which includes determining the cause, answering all the customers' questions, and establishing the items that can be restored.

• An estimate of the scope of work (including photos and diagrams) is provided within 24 hours.

• Board-up or containment of affected areas are performed as needed at the site.

• To prevent secondary damage, the indoor environment is controlled and an emergency wipe-down is also executed.

• We will also perform an after-fire duct cleaning to prevent soot from being redistributed throughout the property.

• Items are restored to their pre-loss condition using proper techniques including contents restoration, wall and surface cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and HVAC cleaning.

• A final walk-through with the owner is conducted and a Certificate of Satisfaction (COS) is signed.
