Air Scrubbers
Air scrubbers are used for applications that require elimination of potentially harmful pollutants from the air, such as particulate removal, acid gas, mold, oil mist, aerosols or odors that result from fire or water damage. These large portable air scrubbers capture the contaminants processing the air through two primary particulate filters, a charcoal filter and a large HEPA filter, recycling a room's air every few minutes. The removal of these particles from the air clears the room of odors and prevents further damage to furniture, clothing, drapery, etc.

These units can also act as negative air machines, generating negative air pressure into a room forcing it to vent all fumes and gases out.

Ozone Generators
Ozone is one of the strongest available sterilizers known to man, and if used properly is very safe, because it completely reverts back to Oxygen in a relatively short time. Also, when ozone disinfects or breaks down harmful bacteria or pollutants, there are generally no by-products, unlike most disinfecting agents. They are very effective at removing odors because the source of odors are destroyed.

These generators are used for both water and fire losses to prevent permanent damage to textiles, such as furniture and clothing. Ozone can be administered in the property, or clothing and furniture can be placed in an ozone trailer for the process.
